 NeoGeoWorld items are considered by us to be the best collectible items to get because NGW
 closed down March 2001, and is now just a memory.  NGW was open from  3/1999 - 3/2001. 
 NGW was a sanctuary of Neo gaming, rides, bowling, karaoke, eating, and theme quests.
