SEGA DREAMCAST DEVELOPERS DISC

This is a Sega confidential system disc used by developers for the Dreamcast.  It is clearly marked not for sale and has complete English and Japanese instructions for use.  The former SNK used this disc for development and testing of various DC ports such as KOF and MOTW.
